Snacks food production machine:
Snacks extruder adopts corn, rice, wheat, oat, barley etc as ingredients to make puffs snack. Through friction of screw and barrel, the grains are cooked in the extruder Barrel. Forming is at the die face cutter. The product shape is determined by a combination of the die aperture, including ball, tube, stick, ring, fruit loop, star, wheel and flower etc.

1. Raw materials: Rice flour, corn flour and so on.

2. Products: by changing the moulds and process technology, this line can produce core-filled snacks, such as chocolate filled bar, cream filled pillow, rice cake, cereal bar, sheet snacks, etc.

3. Capacity: 100-150kg/h, 200-260kg/h, 500-700kg/h, 800-1000kg/h, or depend on clients' specific demands.

4. Flow chart: This line can finish mixing, extruding, shaping, core-filling, cutting, baking and flavoring in one-pass operation automatically.

5. Voltage in China: Three phases: 380V/50Hz, Single phase: 220V/50Hz, we can make it according to customers' Local voltage according to different countries

Packing and transportation of machines:

• All Machine will be cleaned and whole wraped by plastic film to avoid any scratch;
• Extra Spare Parts,wires and tool box will be placed with the package;
• Delivery Department and sales will check the list to avoid any missing;
• All Wooden Cases for protecting the machine during long-time shipment
